NovaCarts version 6.4 - Extended import options, new writer concept and web-based user interface

The latest NovaCarts OS version offers additional features and improvements for greater user-friendliness and more efficient testing, including

extended import options for models into the test environment: models can be imported according to the FMU standard 2.0 for Linux 32- and 64-bit simulations via an import tool for FMU.
a new writer concept to increase simulation performance: parallel write accesses are displayed but not prevented.
a web-based user interface that enables convenient working via the browser
simplified licensing via Reprise License Manager
