In a current project, we are developing an AI-based extension for the test automation solution EXAM: By using NLP (Natural Language Processing) techniques, an assistant will simplify workflows, enable quick access to important functions, and shorten the learning curve when onboarding new users via a dialog interface. The chatbot will thus support users in their day-to-day testing tasks. It is based on language models such as OpenAI's GPT models, combined with techniques such as prompt engineering and graph retrieval augmented generation (GRAG) to ensure accurate and contextual responses.
