Quality and reliability are of utmost importance to us. This is why our quality management system (QM system) is certified according to the current quality management standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 of TÜV SÜD.
MicroNova AG, ks.MicroNova GmbH and cz.MicroNova s.r.o. are audited annually by the appropriate TÜV auditors. They regularly certify us with the ISO 9001 certificate that we are a competent, reliable and fair partner - with TÜV-approved quality management.
Quality management
Quality management (QM) refers to all organizational measures that serve to improve process quality, services and products as well as customer satisfaction. All processes should be transparent and well structured. Furthermore, clear responsibilities are essential – for efficient and customer-oriented work.
DIN EN ISO 9001
The quality management standard "DIN EN ISO 9001" is both nationally and internationally the most widespread standard in quality management. It defines the minimum requirements for a company's QM system that must be implemented in order to be able to meet customer requirements as well as other requirements for product and service quality.
With the implementation of a QM system it is possible to:
- increase the transparency of operational purchases,
- achieve a higher level of customer satisfaction and
- reduce the error rate and thus costs.
A central component of this ISO standard is process orientation: it ensures that all essential processes are continuously monitored, documented and checked.
Information security is a very important aspect in the customer relationship between automotive manufacturers and their vendors. MicroNova's information security has been TISAX certified since 2020.
TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) is an information security system defined by the automotive industry in 2017. A catalog covering industry-relevant IT security requirements was created in collaboration with a working group of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA). It includes topics such as prototype protection, order processing, and relationships to external companies. It is called the “VDA Information Security Assessment” (VDA ISA) and forms the basis for preparing for TISAX certification.
TISAX certification means that MicroNova meets the security requirements for working with all major automotive manufacturers.
The ENX Association supports the joint acceptance of information security assessments in the automotive industry with TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) on behalf of the German automotive association “VDA”.
The TISAX assessments are carried out by accredited audit service providers who regularly prove their qualification. TISAX and TISAX audit results are not intended for the general public.

Therefore, we follow the information security questionnaire of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA ISA). The audit was carried out by the TISAX testing service provider “operational services GmbH & Co. KG” (www.operational-services.de).
