Katja Deml has been in charge of business development in the district of Dachau for just over a year. Her duties also include talks with local companies. Her most recent visit took her to MicroNova in Vierkirchen.

Since March 2023, MicroNova AG has been a member of "Familienpakt Bavaria". The initiative, which is supported in part by the Bavarian state government, aims to further strengthen the balance between family and work.

The software and system house MicroNova held a successful Information and Careers Day on October 16, 2022: over 130 visitors came to learn more about the company – including current career opportunities.

Software and systems vendor MicroNova, with its headquarters in Vierkirchen near Munich, has been named one of Bavaria’s 50 Best Companies 2022 by the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development, and Energy.

The software and systems vendor MicroNova has been awarded the “Partnerstein” by the Dachau regional associations of the Frauenunion (Women’s Union), the Mittelstandsunion (Union of small and medium-sized businesses) and the Christlich-Soziale Arbeitnehmerunion (Christian-social employees’ union).
